We are excited to announce the launch of our new best in class, innovative health claiming and payment solution, the HICAPS Trinity Terminal.
You will be able to keep up with customer experience expectations, and provide your practice with the latest in security, flexibility and usability.
The Trinity terminal is not currently available to everyone. We are rolling out the new Trinity terminal in phases, and it is currently only available to Practitioners who process Health Fund claims, Medicare claims and EFTPOS transactions only.
Over the next few months, we will be replacing every single HICAPS VX terminal with the new Trinity terminal – you don’t need to do anything, we’ve got you covered!
We are rolling out the new Trinity terminal in phases, so it depends on your business requirements.
The Trinity terminal is currently available to new HICAPS customers who process health fund claims, EFTPOS transactions and Medicare claims. If you use the HICAPS terminal to integrate with your PMS or you require the surcharging functionality you will need to wait just a couple more months!
You can still register your interest with us about the new terminal and we will get in touch to book an install.
You are able to have the new Trinity terminal installed in metropolitan and regional centres across Australia and process health fund claims, EFTPOS transactions and Medicare claims.
We will update the website when we are releasing new terminals to remote areas of Australia. Integration with a Practice Management System is not currently available with the Trinity Terminal, but will be available shortly.
If you need your HICAPS terminal to integrate with your PMS or require the surcharging functionality, you can get the VX terminal installed now, and we will swap the terminal out for the new Trinity terminal when the functionality becomes available.
